Zhejiang University,Fuyang Hydraulic Equipment Co.,Ltd is Located in Gaoqiao Economic Development Area of Fuyang City,southwest to and 25km from Hangzhou.Founded in 1993,the company has specialized in producing “Lida brand QC series of gassprings for about one decade.Helped by the Zhejiang University,the company has been provided with an annual production capacity of 2 million gas springs with rich technical strength,advanced processing equipment and complete testing measures.In August of 2003,the company took over a land of 20 thousand square meters and established Hangzhou Lida Automobile Parts Co.,ltd.We plan to build it into a new company at the world’s advanced level with a yearly production capacity of 5 million gas springs.The company has certified ISO9000:2000 and QS-9000:1998quality control systems.All the products can meet the requirements of “General Springs for Automobile Purpose” of QC/T207-1996 and two national patents have been granted.Our company is a member work unit of the Chinese Association of Machinery General Parts Industry’s Special Committee for Gas Springs.Backing with the good technology of Zhejiang University,The company has enabled our products to reach or approach the international designing level of the similar products in the world.The company now owns about one hundred sets of production equipment.In recent years,we have imported worlds top-grade surface treatment equipment for gas spring parts from Degussa of Germany and steel tube NSD surface treatment technique from the US Henkel,to improve the quality of products.The company currently has computer controlled gas spring force property test bed,lifespan test bed,digital display force value instrument,air tightness test station,and other special testing devices for gas springs.The company’s product have been widely used in automobiles,engineering machinery,furniture,medical treatment and other equipment.Good product quality and corporate credibility have enabled the company to set up cooperation relationship with about 200 domestic users and the products have exported in batches to Japanese TCM Company and German BOMRG Company,etc. The company’s quality policy is to Abide by the tenet of “Trustable Quality and Good Credibility” and to improve product quality in a sustained manner to cater to the customers and market to the maximum extent;Deliver quality,reliable and qualified products in full sail to ensure a customer’s satisfaction. “Practicability and Innovation”is the R&D principle of our companr.We seek credibility with quality,make friends with credibility,and warmly welcome both old and new customers to establish sincere collaboration with us.
